Terms and Conditions

 

Safety Letter to all Customers

Thank you for being our customer. Your garden is our work place and whilst working my aim is to ensure that all the Landgirls and any sub contractors are safe. Gardening is not particularly dangerous but these are the Potential generic risks

  • Lifting and moving items
  • Work on ladders
  • Using wheelbarrows 
  • Moving around gardens slips or trips
  • Damaging underground cables 
  • Working with water

We have others which relate to the person working.


In appropriate cases you may want to let us know in advance if a job might be heavier than usual or you want us to work from a ladder . Please do not feel offended if we decline on that occasion as safety matters but we will work to get the the job deferred and completed as quickly as possible. Or it might be that we can do the job on the day by using your maintained equipment.


Cables are not always deeply hidden and paths are not always perfect so please do advise me or one of the team of anything you think could injure someone as we need to know.

Our safety record is very good because I care and plan our safety.

Customer Policy Guide


Welcome, and thank you for choosing our gardening services. To ensure we can provide you with the best care and maintain smooth operations, please review the following policies.

1. Appointments & Scheduling

  • All bookings must be scheduled in advance.
     
  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
     
  • Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a service fee.
     

2. Access to Property

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the garden.
     
  • Gates, driveways, and pathways should be unlocked before the scheduled visit.
     
  • Please secure pets and ensure children are supervised while work is carried out.
     

3. Garden Care & Instructions

  • If there are specific plants or areas you do not want touched, please notify us in advance.
     
  • We encourage open communication regarding, plant care, or special requests.
     
  • Customers are responsible for basic upkeep between visits (e.g., watering), unless otherwise agreed.
     

4. Waste & Disposal

  • Garden waste removal is included only if agreed in your service package.
     


5. Payments & Billing

  • Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     
  • Late payments may incur additional charges.
     
  • Accepted payment methods include , bank transfer, or cheque.
     

6. Health & Safety

  • For everyone’s safety, please avoid entering active work areas while tools and machinery are in use.
     
  • Our team follows all safety regulations and uses protective equipment during services.
